The 5K/10K training curriculum, developed by our expert coaching staff, is a comprehensive program designed to prepare your body and mind for your favorite races around the Bay. Designed for runners of all levels, this 8-week program gives you all the tools you need to arrive at the starting line with confidence - whether your goal is to finish the race or break a personal record. AlaVie's 5K/10K Training Program includes:
A typical week of 5k/10k Fitness Training combines 3-6 mile runs, calisthenics and resistance exercises, and track workouts. Designed to help you maximize your race performance and minimize your risk of injury, the 5k/10k Training Program builds in gradual increases in workout intensity - and gives your body a chance to recover before race day. Location: Campbell Program Cost: $125 ** Weekly training sessions will be held on Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. *** Summer Session training is for the following race: Wharf to Wharf (July 26th) - Race Sells out quickly so register now! or any other races within one or two weeks of the Wharf to Wharf race date. **** Fall Session training is for the following race: Silicon Valley 5K/Half Marathon (October 26th) or any other races within one or two weeks of the Silicon Valley Half.
