- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM certified Group Fitness Instructor

Kelly started her coaching career as a competitive cheerleading coach at the age 15! She created the criteria by which cheerleaders in the Sequoia Union High School District gained recognition as athletes. Kelly then opened up the first all-star competitive cheerleading gym in Redwood City, where she trained the national champion all-girl and co-ed teams. After 16 years of coaching, she retired in 2009. Kelly now judges cheer competitions and is a successful choreographer.
Kelly’s love for cheerleading led to her interest in becoming a group exercise instructor. She has been teaching step aerobics, sculpting, core, and interval classes since 1998. On top of group exercise, Kelly also is a personal trainer. Her enjoyment of exercise, along with her passion for training and coaching, is what drew her to AlaVie.
“It’s been a dream of mine to get out of working in an office and do what I truly enjoy: working in the fitness industry. AlaVie has given me that opportunity.”
Kelly loves the outdoors: skiing, camping, lying on the beach, hiking, and running. She also enjoys spending time with close family, friends, her boyfriend, and dogs, Chelsea and Maya.
