Tiffany Calhoun Assistant Coach
- BS in Kinesiology
- CPR & First Aid Certified
Tiffany has always been an active, on-the-go person. Growing up playing competitive soccer, she transitioned into coaching after being sidelined by injuries. Originally headed towards physical therapy, she changed direction and now focuses on preventative measures, helping people learn to be physically active and live a healthy lifestyle through personal training and boot camp.
After moving through a period of weight gain and loss in her own life, Tiffany has worked hard to create a healthy lifestyle for herself.
“For me, exercise and healthy eating aren’t about looks or a number on the scale. It’s about being strong and feeling like I can accomplish whatever I set out to do. I love fitness because it helps people feel empowered and confident, and that translates into a happier and healthier life.”
Besides studying (she’s working on a Master’s in Kinesiology along with an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification), going to the gym, and coaching PowerVie Boot Camp, Tiffany likes to spend time with her friends and family, watch movies, snowboard, and bike ride.
