Any Mon-Fri	PRE CAMP Consultations take place the week before the first day of boot camp. This is an opportunity to talk to your coach, discuss fitness goals, exercise & medical history. At this appointment, you will be given the opportunity to have your weight, body fat and circumference measurements taken. POST CAMP Consultations take place the week after camp.
