Don't miss AlaVie's One Day Retreat - this is THE health and fitness event of the summer!

Ready to reboot and rebalance? Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with an amazing group of like-minded women in beautiful Calero Park. We'll work out, we'll stretch, we'll eat healthy - and we'll discuss fitness and nutrition strategies to get you on track and moving towards your health and wellness goals.

Designed to support you on your path to total wellness, AlaVie Fitness day retreats focus, energize and refresh you while giving you the resources you need to incorporate fitness and nutrition into your daily routine.

Retreat activities include:

  • 1 ½ hour boot camp workout lead by AlaVie's Co-Owners Mary Beth and Heather
  • Nutrition discussion lead by nutrition expert Lauren Walker, owner of Weigh to Health
  • Body Therapy discussion lead by Dr. Jessica Paige
  • Choice of group lead hill interval workout or group lead hike through Calero Park
  • Healthy lunch and snacks provided
  • Relaxation and yoga
  • Horseback riding optional (additional cost)
